Mentor of the Year

Recognizing a senior industry member who has mentored and developed the next generation of office talent.

Criteria

  • Nominee must have mentored and developed a person aged 35 or under in the commercial property industry, and must be within the industry themselves

  • Must have 1 referee who can support the nomination. The referee can either be the person that has been mentored, or alternatively a person that has witnessed the nominee mentoring others.

NextGen Rising Star (under 35) – Scotland

Recognizing an under 35’s outstanding contribution to the office sector in the region (cross/multi discipline)

Criteria

  • Must be aged 35 or under at time of nomination

  • Must have 3 referees who can support the nomination. There must be one internal referee and one external refer to the nominees own organisation

  • Nominee must have made an outstanding contribution to their own organisation, evidence required

  • Nominee must have made an outstanding contribution outside of their own organisation, evidence required

NextGen Rising Star (under 35) – Northern England and North Wales

Recognizing an under 35’s outstanding contribution to the office sector in the region (cross/multi discipline)

Criteria

  • Must be aged 35 or under at time of nomination

  • Must have 3 referees who can support the nomination. There must be one internal referee and one external refer to the nominees own organisation

  • Nominee must have made an outstanding contribution to their own organisation, evidence required

  • Nominee must have made an outstanding contribution outside of their own organisation, evidence required

2 awards to be presented for the overall winner and the runner-up. The winners will be chosen by the competition judging panel.
