The aim of Nextgen is to help develop junior professionals (under 35) in the office sector.  The key benefits to NextGen membership are access to the BCO technical guides and free attendance at CPD events and networking events.

As a committee, we have been busy developing an events programme for the next year and have secured annual sponsorship in order to support the good work that has been planned.  Recent events include a tour of the new Bristol Water HQ, a presentation on the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone from Bristol City Council and a tour of Ty Admiral in Cardiff.  We have held joint events with Women in Property, organised summer drinks and are looking forward to the upcoming Xmas drinks reception.  The aim is to provide CPD and networking opportunities in the South West, South Wales & Thames Valley and, with the development market improving, provide further support to the next generation of professionals in the office sector.

Click on the link at the top of this page to download the application form.  We look forward to seeing you at some of our upcoming events.
